Product Guarantee, Shipping and Returns

OUR GUARANTEE

We provide a limited 2-year warranty on the craftsmanship and performance of our products from the date of original purchase.  Although we would love to provide indestructible garments, we need to balance performance, comfort and durability.  To this point, keep in mind all fabrics have their limitations. 

However, should our products not meet reasonable performance, construction or durability standards during the warranty period, we will replace or repair the garment.  This is our GUARANTEE! 

Should you feel one of our products did not meet our standards, simply e-mail us at rux@ruxusa.com with the wording "warranty claim" in the header.  Please enclose a description of the problem and a photo. 

EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange any purchased garment for another size as long as the returned garment is clean and in new quality.  E-mail us at rux@ruxusa.com and request instructions to return your purchase for an exchange. Return requests must be made within one week of receipt.

Our products ship from the Baltimore, Maryland area.
